The one person I look up to in the entertainment industry is Oprah. She’s a talk show host, an actress and an entrepreneur just like I want to be. She also shows compassion, which I admire.

My mom of course. She’s my everything. She is so supportive and encouraging. She’s just amazing. She taught me not to wait to make a difference. As she would say “why wait, to be great”. She’s a strong independent black woman, lol.

I would say do it. Anyone with an imagination can be an author. Write about something you are passion about, that makes it easier. Don’t worry about sentence structure or punctuation, that’s why you have editors.

I’m hoping that people will understand that it is never okay to bully. I am hoping my book will make people see that they never know what someone may be going through at home. Hopefully people will have more compassion for each other after reading my book.

Yes, I love writing. It’s an amazing feeling to know someone is reading and liking something I came up with. Every time someone say something positive like your book made me not want to bully or your book made me not want to litter, I am motivated to write more. I’m going to write more on social issues, but I also want to write a biography book on Oprah. I haven’t seen a good one for elementary and middle schools.
